Our Customer Promise:

If we recommend a wine and you don't like it, you don't pay.

If you buy wine from us and find it cheaper elsewhere we'll refund the difference.

If we haven't delivered any of our recommended wines within 7 days, we will credit the full delivery charge to your account.

If we deliver and it gets nicked, we will replace the case (plus delivery costs) free of charge.
